The post-hurricane flood mitigation did not go particularly well, but once a new project manager took over (Mike L.), the rebuild was very good. After Hurricane Helene brought floodwaters into my parents' home, FP Restoration immediately got to work with the mitigation to prevent mold. Unfortunately, 2 weeks later, Hurricane Milton added more water to the home. Once again, FP Restoration went to work. They were fantastic. They worked diligently to restore the home as quickly as possible while making sure everything was perfect. As my mother has mobility issues, they were very accommodating to her as well. My parents are very pleased with the work that was done, but most importantly, they felt like FP Restoration went out of their way to accommodate all of their needs.

Saved Our Buildings from Destruction
FP has been with us since a few days after Hurricane Ian when your church buildings suffered from almost 6 feet of seawater damage. They found a way to get on the island with equipment and crew and saved our buildings from total destruction. We awarded them the box to restore them as well. Steve G, the president, is very hands-on and his leads Jason, Dominick, and Steven have been on site to supervise daily over the past 17 months. We were able to return to our beloved spiritual home last Christmas Eve, thanks to their hard work and dedication. Whenever issues came up, as they would with this large a project, they came up with a solution and followed through on all our requests.

Flood Pros came out in a very timely fashion to address the flood damage in our home. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The whole process took about 8 days, but they verified with us that everything was dry and no worries of mold or moisture.
