    My house had water damage due to leak in the attic. We got a company (via insurance company) to dry the wall and floor etc. Once they were done, they did not mention a single word about remediation, repair damage etc. So, I called around and tried to find restoration companies. FP Property Restoration is the best one I found in the area. Their response is very quick. The manager is very knowledgeable, he found other water damage, which was missed by other people…. He really tried to help me to clean the mess. Due to work and other reasons, we are not in Cape Coral and could not start the project right way. This company is trustworthy and professional, which you do not see many in the area. So, I highly recommend FP Property Restoration. Anyway, give them a shot if you need help.     I was referred to FP Property Restoration and was met by Project Manager Pat Holley at my home. He told me about the plan for our restoration and proceeded to inspect the water damage. By the end of the visit, we had filed an insurance claim, installed some remedial equipment to mitigate further impacts and reviewed the next steps. I am totally satisfied with their work so far and am looking forward to the restoration completion.

    FP Property Restoration’s Steve and Edwin rescued me from a house flood. They were on site within 30 minutes of my coming home to six inches of standing water and a wardrobe of floating shoes. They quickly calmed me down and went to work to mitigate further damage and begin restoration. Steve even promptly answered a 5 a.m. text question and thoroughly explained how the equipment was functioning to dry the house. I am so impressed with the excellent service I received and highly recommend the company.
