Andrew came for the initial damage inspection and was very straightforward and clear with what he found and what the plan was for remediation. Angel and Enrique came to set up the equipment; they were respectful and got the job done without messing around. Results are TBD; fingers crossed this damage dries up quickly so I can return to regular life.

We’ve been dealing with hurricane damage for quite some time now, and from the moment we contacted their office, especially with Missy, to the initial estimate by PK, the demolition workers, Shawn, Dom, Enrique, Arielle, Juan C., Ignacio, Tony, and Lizardo, they’ve been nothing short of exceptional. They were incredibly hardworking, professional, knowledgeable, polite, and respectful. After all the demolition and receiving the clearance from the mold inspector, we even had the privilege of having Jason, one of the higher-ups with the company, come and assist with all the demolition and cleanup. Then came the interior rebuild, and it was truly inspiring to witness such passion and dedication in their work. We were introduced to Mike L., our project manager, who was a godsend. He listened to all our concerns about our budget and provided valuable input. He was truly amazing. Before we knew it, all the repairs were starting, and he completely stayed within our budget. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. After everything was said and done, it looks like a brand new house. His knowledge and expertise are top-notch. My home sustained severe damage from Hurricane Ian, and after mitigation was completed, Project Manager Mike L. showed up. I’ll admit, I wasn’t always the easiest customer—I could be demanding at times, especially after waiting so long for my homeowner’s insurance to release the funds to rebuild. It was a stressful process, and there were even nights when I had to text Mike as late as 9:30–10:00 p.m. Yet, no matter what, he was always available and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Mike is truly my hero! I also had the privilege of meeting a wonderful team who supported me throughout this journey—Shawn, Dawn, Arielle, Najay, and Ignacio. FLPR showed up at my home the very next morning after the tropical storm stopped. They tarped the house and cut venting holes in the ceiling, removed sodden insulation, and tarped the roof with sandbags to prevent further damage. They get a 5 star for quick response. After that, however, the manager I was speaking with was a nice person and promised great things but never delivered and was eventually let go. Complications occurred when two hurricanes followed within weeks of the first. State Farm (my ex-insurance company) refused to pay, and that led to a prolonged period when FLPR was cooperative and patient until I could pay the bill personally and sued State Farm (they are the worst, get a new insurance company if you still have them). Thankfully, I got to work with Kyle Gill from FLPR in their accounting department. He gets 5 stars. Polite, helpful, supportive, understanding, and a solid communicator. We stayed in touch weekly as I worked through the challenges with my insurance company refusing to pay the claim. Truly a great employee and has an approach and values that others should aspire to in the difficult role he fulfills.

We are recovering from Hurricane Helene and Milton. Our insurance company hired FP Restoration and I’m very pleased they did. Vinny and Jose were excellent. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to repair my damages. We have exterior and interior damages to include removal of my flooring in the family and formal living. Removal of 2-3 feet of my walls in the same rooms due to mold, usage of dehumidifiers to try to dry the walls and so much more. I would definitely recommend this company. After having a tree fall through my roof and punch three holes and crush my air conditioning unit, I needed to get those holes covered because of incoming inclement weather. I got PK’s name and number from a roofer who highly recommended him. And I must say it was for good reason! He immediately responded and sent a crew to my home understanding the urgency with having three holes in my roof and got it tarred up, not only quickly (less than an hour), but just in time before the rains came. FP Restoration came to my rescue after parting ways with my initial contractor. They were referred by my HO insurance company in mid-November and got on it immediately. This project was for the interior of my condo repairs still needed due to Hurricane Ian in '22. They got it all done in well less than 3 months…and done right. Don Jennert, Project Manager, did a fantastic job on his end, which is a difficult job in good times. Gus Credpro is a master craftsman and handled and did 99% of the work. Excellent work, a hard thing to find these days. Thanks, Don and Gus! All members of the staff in Ft. Myers were all excellent as well. I highly recommend FP for any damage reconstruction of any kind.

Storm winds loosened the tarp, and these folks came out the following day, in the dark of night, with rain and strong winds, and readjusted the tarp just hours before a hurricane. Outstanding customer service like that is just too hard to find anymore. I can't recommend this company enough.
