The post-hurricane flood mitigation did not go particularly well, but once a new project manager took over (Mike L.), the rebuild was very good. Communication skills, knowledge, and interest in customer satisfaction was excellent. Highly recommend Mike for all phases of whatever is necessary to facilitate large or small construction ventures. After Hurricane Helene brought floodwaters into my parents' home, FP Restoration immediately got to work with the mitigation to prevent mold. Unfortunately, 2 weeks later, Hurricane Milton added more water to the home. Once again, FP Restoration went to work. They were fantastic. They worked diligently to restore the home as quickly as possible while making sure everything was perfect. As my mother has mobility issues, they were very accommodating to her as well. My parents are very pleased with the work that was done, but most importantly, they felt like FP Restoration went out of their way to accommodate all of their needs.
