During the bathroom renovation, we found extensive water damage and mold. The contractor left us on our own devices and said to figure it out and they'll come back when ready. FP serviced us the next day. The technician was courteous and explained all the process. He was careful in removing only the damaged areas. He got the debris in black trash bags one at a time so there was not a big mess at any point. He protected all the open areas around the damaged area with plastic covers, sprayed, and left the air filtration system for a couple of days. We are very happy with the service and feel safe not having any lingering mold around the house. Thank you very much.

Today we had an inspection by Devin M who was wonderful. Living in Florida we were concerned about too much moisture in the home and therefore the potential of mold, which really made us nervous. Devin was very knowledgeable and performed a meter test in the main bath and closet where I did smell some dampness. He also looked into the attic within our closet. All the results came back that moisture levels were normal. Devin found nothing out of the ordinary. We are very thankful for Devin and his expertise in this area. We will definitely be buying a dehumidifier to help with the moisture in the main bath.
