What We're Thankful for This November Part Five: Our Team

Welcome to the last in our blog series on what we’re thankful for this November. FP Property Restoration has loved getting to share all the things we have to be grateful for this month, and hopes you’ve enjoyed getting to know a little more about our business in the process. For our final installment in this series, we’re going to be thanking the people who allow our company to go above and beyond for every customer: our team.

Our Highly Trained, Experienced Team Is Here for You

At FP Property Restoration, our company values include honesty, quality, and a commitment to customer service. One of the chief ways in which we enforce these values is through our experienced team of Florida restoration pros, who receive daily training to provide the highest levels of communication and convenience to everyone who hires us. While there are a lot of companies that claim to offer fast, cheap, amazing service, FP Property Restoration sets ourselves apart by backing up our claims with the most qualified restoration technicians in the industry.

As part of our intensive training process, all of our technicians must become IICRC-certified. The IIRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) is the leading organization in water, fire, and mold restoration instruction, and being IIRC-certified signifies comprehensive knowledge of the most up-to-date restoration techniques and methods. Beyond continuing IIRC courses, our employees participate in one-on-one training sessions, wherein we invite industry experts to our facility, or attend training in their facilities to learn new skills and deepen our specific areas of expertise.

Our technicians also take pride in being licensed mold remediators. This is an important distinction, as there are many so-called professionals who claim to be “mold-certified,” despite the fact that in the state of Florida, certification does not mean a company or individual can legally remediate mold. On top of this, we are also an EPA-certified lead-safe firm, and are members of NORMI™ (the National Organization of Remediators and Mold Inspectors.)

However, perhaps the most important qualification our team has comes down to their experience improving lives across the state of Florida. Our technicians truly value their work helping people recover from disasters. It’s because of their belief in going the extra mile that we received the Sedgwick Catastrophe Response Award for our efforts to assist individuals affected by Hurricanes Harvey, Irma, and Dorian. For our employees, it is a privilege to be able to assist homeowners and business owners in their time of need. We are thankful year-round for our staff’s commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, and we appreciate the thanks you have shown them, too.

Thank You for Reading!

One more time, we want to thank everyone who read our blog throughout this month. It’s definitely helped us take stock of all we have to be grateful for, and if we’re lucky, maybe it helped you do the same. It’s easy to forget sometimes that even in the midst of a disaster, most of us are pretty lucky. And just remember, the next time you are affected by a natural disaster or another catastrophe, FP Property Restoration is available 24/7 for you. In the meantime, here’s wishing your family a Happy Thanksgiving from our Florida restoration pros!
